Teachers are major knowledge owners in school, while teachers coming from differentsubject groups and in different ages own their respective knowledge structure. The sharing ofdifferent knowledge between teachers can improve the value of knowledge. Expanding theinfluence of personal knowledge is benefit for improving teachers’teaching and innovationcapability. By now, the research of teachers’knowledge sharing has become to an importantsubject, and some achievement has been obtained. But we can find some defect in them aftermaking comprehensive analysis. Most of these researches are concentrating in theory aspectwhile seldom concerning practice strategy. The traditional intercommunion platform based onthese researches is weak in its intercommunion function, resource accumulation, and theapplication of this kind of platform is unsatisfactory for teachers’knowledge sharing..Social software, as the network software which develops quickly in recent years, givesstrong support to knowledge sharing and knowledge translation in theory aspect andtechnology aspect, and knowledge sharing platform can be built based on it. It is valuable toresearch the solution of design teachers’knowledge sharing support platform based on socialsoftware to build a high performance knowledge sharing environment.The author researches this project in six aspects as following:(1) Gives Interpretation of teachers’knowledge sharing support system, social software,knowledge sharing, teachers’knowledge and teachers’knowledge sharing.(2) Analyze the necessity and feasibility of build teachers’knowledge sharing supportsystem in conception and technology aspects, and elaborate some theory about knowledgemanagement and social software.(3) Building a three-dimensional architecture for teachers’knowledge sharing aftersummarizing its integrant components. And analyze this architecture from three differentperspective contains teachers’knowledge sharing subject, teachers’knowledge sharing objectand teachers’knowledge sharing process. (4) Building a teachers’knowledge sharing model, and elaborate it from inner layer,middle layer and outer layer.(5) Design this system in the standpoint of software engineering according to the theoryabove.(6) Development of prototype system.After a great deal of research work, the author has got some research result as following:(1) Gives the concept of teachers’knowledge sharing support system. Construct thetheoretical basis for building teachers’knowledge sharing support system based on knowledgemanagement theory, knowledge sharing theory, social software theory, Teachers learningcommunity theory.(2) Research the integrant components of teachers’knowledge sharing, and give athree-dimensional architecture for teachers’knowledge sharing. And analyze this architecturefrom teachers’knowledge sharing subject dimension, teachers’knowledge sharing objectdimension and teachers’knowledge sharing process dimension.(3) Gives teachers’knowledge sharing model, which contains teachers’personalknowledge management sub model, teachers’knowledge transform sub model and socialsoftware support sub model.(4) Gives teachers’knowledge sharing support software architecture based on socialsoftware.Paper has the following innovative:(1) Building a three-dimensional architecture for teachers’knowledge sharing. ThenBuilding a teachers’knowledge sharing model, and elaborate it from inner layer, middle layerand outer layer.(2) The author advances a kind of design solution of building teachers’ knowledgesharing support system based on social software.
