Fortunes rise and fall on education. China’s economic, cultural andsocial development are inseparable from the educational role inpromoting; education plans, teacher-centered. Teachers as a specificimplementation of the education and teaching, the impact on theadvancement of the quality of education and teaching reform. China’seducation is a top-down reform model and management, few peopleconcerned about the existence and development of state of ordinaryprimary school teachers in the teaching process in real teaching situations.Truly concerned about the status of front-line teachers teaching, it is veryimportant for us to promote educational reform, promote teacher growth.This is also the purpose of I topics.Field research methods in this study, I selected an ordinary primaryschool language teachers as research subjects into the study into the dailyteaching process, through observation, communication, interviews, andanalysis of its educational products (lesson planning materials, Bowen),etc., to obtain a large number of rich, first-hand information. Fullyanalyze and organize research data, primarily from the process of lessonplanning, classroom teaching, the job correcting process, and the fourmajor areas of teaching and research and teacher training process, theteaching process of the study a detailed narrative. That affect teachers’process by analyzing the factors, including the two aspects, namely,external factors - education administrative management model (thedrawbacks of education authorities to interfere too much with school andinstitutionalized management), and inadequate teacher evaluationmechanism; Internal factors - burnout of teachers (teachers work pressureand teacher job satisfaction is low) and the lack of awareness ofprofessional development (lack of the habit of reflection and lack ofinitiative). Finally, the author on how to improve teachers’ teaching process, a number of recommendations from the support of externalconditions and the inherent desire enhanced two. The support of externalconditions, namely the improvement of teacher development environment,the main areas to macro-management: First, the education authority forschools and teachers should be implemented, the two schools to achievethe institutionalization of management to the humane management of thechange, three to establish and improve the teacher evaluation.Enhancement of the inherent desire the power of the independentdevelopment of teachers, teachers must first abide by professional ethics,to do a happy teacher, followed by the formation of reflective practice,teachers do a thought, and finally in action research, to do a studyTeachers.In short, the first-line primary school language teachers in theteaching process is carried out in a very busy state, the more the case ofprimary school language teachers to focus on the teaching process is lessthan the response of the School of Administrative Services, therebyreducing their teaching process and quality to enhance the enthusiasm.Therefore, to reduce unnecessary administrative intervention, so thatteachers have more energy to return to teaching is the proper meaning ofthe school management.
