In the process of elementary school Chinese classroom teaching,the classroom teaching language with artistic characteristics of Chinese teachers can not only allow students to experience the charm of language,but also can use language to improve students' comprehensive ability and allow students to have both morality and wisdom.The artistic classroom teaching language of primary school language teachers can not only let students experience the charm of language,but also can use language to enhance students' comprehensive ability,so that students can do it with virtue and wisdom.Therefore,in today's requirements for all-round development of education for students,comparing the two types of teachers' classroom language art,from which to obtain two types of teachers classroom language art common and differential conclusions,so as to provide teachers with ideas to improve their own teaching language art is very necessary.Previous studies mostly focused on the art of classroom teaching language of famous teachers,but did not pay attention to the analysis and comparison of the similarities and differences between the two types of teachers,novice teachers and expert teachers,under the framework of classroom teaching language artistry.This research is dedicated to analyzing the classroom records of the above two types of teachers,exploring the similarities and differences between the two types of teachers in the classroom teaching language artistry,so as to obtain relevant enlightenment for optimizing the classroom teaching language artistry of the two types of teachers.This study uses the literature analysis method to define the concepts of classroom teaching language and language artistry,and clarify the basic connotation,characteristic performance and value manifestation of the research object,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the self-made classroom observation scale.Secondly,the expert consultation method was adopted to distribute the self-made classroom observation scale to front-line teachers for consultation.Through two rounds of consultation with front-line teachers,the self-made scale was further revised and tested.Finally,through the observation and research method,with the help of N Vivo 12 software,it compares the art of the classroom teaching language of the two types of teachers from the four aspects of vivid language,inspiration and guidance,humor,and beautiful.The comparative findings of this study that the art of classroom teaching language of novice teachers and expert teachers has both commonalities and differences.The commonality is that the two types of teachers use similes and analogies to reflect the vivid image of the language.The guiding and heuristic classroom teaching language is an important part of the artistic content of the language content.Exaggerated spoken language and body language are the way to show the humor and humor of the teacher's language.The speed of speech is medium.The vivid tone shows the beauty of the language.The difference is reflected in the two types of teachers using different analogous sentences in different teaching links,the types of guiding heuristic classroom teaching languages are different,the main ways of expressing humor and humor in the language are different,and the richness of intonation and tone types are different.Through the analysis of the similarities and differences of the two types of teachers'classroom teaching language,it is concluded that the classroom teaching language of novice teachers is innovative and singular,and the classroom teaching language of expert teachers is diverse and comprehensive.Comparing the art of classroom teaching language of novice teachers and expert teachers,we get the following enlightenment:first,the enlightenment of expert teachers'diverse classroom teaching languages to novice teachers,improve the cultivation of the teaching language,pre-design the teaching language,and pay attention to the timing of the appearance of the language.,Pay attention to the use of questionable language in teaching,and temper the affectiveness of the teaching language.The second is the enlightenment of novice teachers' new classroom teaching language to expert teachers.They absorb vivid childish language,optimize the combination of media-inspired language.
