The teachers' school-based in-service education is that the schools, according to his own plans fully research his teachers and make full use of their own resources both inside and outside the schools, by the means of design by oneself, professional research and researcher, meet the needs of development of schools and teachers. It emerges in the situation of combination in Pre-service Education and in-service Education in teachers' education. It also can save the money for schools and solve the problems on practical teaching. It is one of the most popular teachers' educations in the world.Gansu Forestry Professional Vocational College is the national demonstration higher professional College aim the training objective integrated with environment, forestry and resources management. In the paper, four approaches have been tired, which are to put the concept, the objective, the contact and the method of "The teachers' school-based in-service education" as the crucial points, to analyze the creation, the development and the research situation of domestic and foreign teachers' school-based in-service education, to associate the characteristics of vocational institutions and to revolve the shortage of money and the contradictions of work and study. Based on the above, it is believed that the teachers' school-based in-service education is the efficient way to improve the teachers' qualities and the educational standard. In this paper, The counter measures are put forward in accordance with the main problem in the development of our school and the training. The proposal and the countermeasure are as follow:1 , Establish and carry out The guarantee system of the teachers' school-based in -service education. The leader are suggested to pay the adequate attention to "the teachers school-based in-service education", meanwhile .2, The teacher should master the good opportunities , relay the traditional ideas and participate in the training actively. Urge the college to become the teachers' troops of a double-teacher type for developing the teachers' competence as soon possible.3 , The Internet platform guided by the experts and rethinking teaching are considered as the key methods in the training. The intention of training must join together the study wishes and the future employment needs of students.
