It also can save the money for schools and solve the problems on practical teaching. It is one of the most popular teachers' educations in the world.Gansu Forestry Professional Vocational College is the national demonstration higher professional College aim the training objective integrated with environment, forestry and resources management. In the paper, four approaches have been tired, which are to put the concept, the objective, the contact and the method of "The teachers' school-based in-service education" as the crucial points, to analyze the creation, the development and the research situation of domestic and foreign teachers' school-based in-service education, to associate the characteristics of vocational institutions and to revolve the shortage of money and the contradictions of work and study. Based on the above, it is believed that the teachers' school-based in-service education is the efficient way to improve the teachers' qualities and the educational standard. In this paper, The counter measures are put forward in accordance with the main problem in the development of our school and the training.
