Campus culture is a kind of group culture which regards the students as the main body, the campus as the main space, the education as the main guide, and regards the spiritual culture, the environmental culture, the behavioral culture and construction of the institutional culture as the main content, the spirit and the civilization of the campus as the main characters. It is crucial important for a school to carry out the construction of campus culture, it is a key dimension and standard to measure the school-running ideas and the level of the school. As the lack of the systematic management of the campus cultural constructional process before, it made the construction of campus culture lack of timeliness and systemic. This paper will bring project management model in the construction of campus culture, which has the very vital significance to promote the construction of campus culture.In the morden society, the project management in education, enterprise, business, government agencies, social organizations and other fields has been more and more widely applied,and any project activities are suitable for using project management methods to carry on the management.
