With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, establishing of the market economic system, and economic components, stakeholders, forms of social organization, social life, as well as the diversification of forms of employment development, people’s ideas, values, ways of thinking , behavior and the concept of employment have undergone tremendous changes. These developments also impact on the values of the Post-90s college students, so that they have a new interpretation of the values. The Post-90s college students are important builders of the country and the nation, their values determine not only the micro level of individuals, families, but also directly affects the country’s future and destiny of the nation. Therefore, researching on the Post-90s college students, exploring new situations of the Post-90s college students’values, actively exploring effective methods of values education, and guiding students to establish the correct values have been an important task of the ideological and political work currently.My paper researches the status of the Post-90s college students’values through analysis of value, discussing with the mainstream and problems of the Post-90s college students’values, further to identify the main reasons of the problems , and on this basis, to propose the effective measures. In order to make study objectivity, I selected four universities students who study in Hebei province as the research object, in term of research methods, I adhere to the combination of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative, speak of specific reaserch mothods, this paper adopts the literature, investigation and summary method, etc.This thesis refere to the research results, and analyzes the reasons, then combine education, ociology, psychology and put forward five countermeasures to solve the problem of the Post-90s college students’value education from five angles which include the socialism core value system, the educational circumstances of value, the educational subject accomplishment, the college students’self-education, value education methods. First, playing a leading role in a socialist core value system after running the Post-90s college students’values education. Second, optimizing the environment, forming the strength of the overall of the Post-90s college students’values education through coordination of social, school, family. Third, enhancing the teacher accomplishment, displays teacher’s exemplary role. Fourth, strengthen self-education, and give full play to the Post-90s college students’individual self-education function, thus forming the inner, the correct value metrics. Finally, improvement and innovation in educational methods, and constantly improve the effectiveness of the Post-90s college students’values education, for the educational method which not to adapt to the Post-90s college students’values to be discarded, for the effective educational methods to pass down, thereby achieve the educational goals.
