Since the reform and open policy, the adult higher education in China today got rapiddevelopment. However, it also faces great difficulties under a number of internal and externalfactors. According to the nature of the adult higher correspondence education, self-study is themost important also it supplemented by face-to-face teaching, the students get collected then go tothe correspondence point to accept face-to-face teaching on weekend or on summer and wintervacations, and thus face-to-face teaching becomes the only channel for schools and students tocommunicate, its quality largely depended on the quality of the adult higher correspondenceeducation. This article focuses on the face-to-face teaching of the adult higher correspondenceeducation, the face-to-face teaching effectiveness. First, investigate its situation; second, explorethe existing problems and the insufficiency. Third, based on the teaching effectiveness of thetheory, promote the face-to-face teaching realize effective teaching, and improve teaching qualityface, save the plight of adult higher education to teach by correspondence. We hope to promote thequality of face-to-face teaching through the research, to save Adult Higher CorrespondenceEducation in distress. The main content is as follows:Part I: Introduction. As a logical beginning, this part mainly introduce the researchbackground,the purpose and the significance of the study, definitions, summarization andresearch method.Part II: Theoretical Investigation. Including the effective teaching represent characters andthought, the effective teaching related theory analysis;Part III: Survey Research. Based on the interview of many students and teachers from severalcollege of adult education, the research show their current situation in the classes of the higheradult correspondence education, and find out the problems to provide practical basis forthe.strategies.Part IV: Strategic Analysis. From five points: the view, the teachers and students associates,teaching means, teaching content, teaching evaluation.Part V: Conclusion. This part states the limitation of the present study and offers follow-upresearches.
