With the development of network technology, fiber to the home has been realization in many cities. Therefore, in the traditional network synchronization teaching, audio or video delay phenomenon will be improved in some extent, making the online face-to-face teaching is possible. This kind of teaching methods will create an online classroom which is similar to the school classroom, learners is under the supervision and management of the teachers, learners can always feel the presence of other learning companions. In addition, similar to the classroom face to face interaction between teachers and learners can be carried out online.This paper first describes the concept of online face-to-face, and access to research and related literature, analysis of online face-to-face teaching at home and abroad Applied Research, found lacking empirical research in the domestic online face-to-face teaching. Meanwhile, in support of the media richness theory, expounded in the network teaching the necessity of the introduction of face-to-face teaching methods, and analysis of real-time video interaction between teachers and students in online teaching is needs.Secondly, the author carried out empirical research. In the beginning, I participation a web course which is in the Shanghai Jiaotong University network, find its advantages and disadvantages. Then, use the online face-to-face teaching platform for online Korean teaching. After the end of the15-week online teaching, through teacher interviews and the survey of learners, draw online face-to-face teaching methods will enable learners to reduce network Trek phenomenon and promote students and teachers more interaction between the teacher and the learners to form a better relationships. Simultaneous determination of the application online face-to-face language teaching, will also achieve the10principles of language learning principles by Ellis. In the end, analysis the impact of interaction tools in face-to-face teaching and learning environment for learners.Finally, analysis that exists face-to-face video and audio software whether is applicable to online teaching, In order to compensate for their inadequacies, I use exists open source software to build a completely free online face-to-face teaching platform, the platform audio quality has been improved. The core architecture of the platform is openmeetings software, then, done some secondary development to meet the needs of the online face-to-face teaching. Other teaching aids and management functions in the platform is using Moodle to realization.
