With the application of artificial intelligence in many fields of society,applications such as face control based on face recognition,community face access control,and unit time attendance have gradually entered the practical stage.Human behavior recognition and non-contact human physiology The research on parameter detection and other technologies has also developed rapidly.The application of artificial intelligence in the field of sports and entertainment has begun to rise.How to apply the existing mature technology to the table tennis intelligent training system in the field of sports and entertainment is a hot issue worthy of research.This article attempts to comprehensively apply these technologies to the intelligent table tennis training system,effectively improving the training experience of trainers and the safety of the entire training process.Compared with the traditional coaching one-on-one coaching method,this article allows members to obtain their own training and learning plans at the same time through the member's face registration mechanism,and personalizes the training through the ball machine,while collecting training The action video,table tennis drop point video upload to the cloud for intelligent analysis is convenient for professional coaches to evaluate,propose a new personalized training plan,and implement a one-to-many new coach training system.This paper designs a comprehensive intelligent table tennis training system and platform based on convolutional neural network face recognition,human bone recognition and face heart rate detection,which is mainly used to solve the intelligent training problem in the field of table tennis.The system is used in table tennis A face recognition camera is placed at the entrance of the ball training place for table tennis member sign-in and assignment of training station numbers.An intelligent analysis camera is set above each intelligent training ball table for motion detection and face heart rate detection of table tennis members.Each intelligent training platform consists of terminal modules such as an intelligent voice control unit,a ball machine,a camera,an industrial computer,and a display.Together with the member data center,they form an intelligent table tennis training system platform.This article mainly uses a method based on deep learning and convolutional neural networks to implement face recognition at the entrance through an optimized VGGNet model.At the same time,the bottom-up multi-human bone skeleton key point recognition is used to determine whether each table in the training place is in use In order to assign training table numbers to members.The upper camera erected above the ball machine is multiplexed to collect facial video images and perform face detection and tracking.The RGB color components are used to perform real-time heart rate detection on facial feature areas and displayed to members at the same time.This design realizes the combination of related technologies such as face recognition,human bone recognition and face heart rate detection with traditional sports training programs,reduces training costs,and improves the training efficiency of table tennis coaches.Systematic experimental applications show that the design system The platform met the expected design goals and had some usability.
