Living facilities is important in resettlement initiatives, primarily in order to improve farmers’ quality of life, and guide them to change their lifestyle and habits of tradition and backwardness, including housing, safety of drinking water, lavatories improving cooking stove, sheds, warehouses,biogas facilities is closely related to the life of the peasants. Living facilities, supply and demand there are serious structural imbalance is an indisputable fact.Due to earthquake, while the overall resettlement village of the G as a case into the community, to restore the whole process of planning and construction of the G village, the movement of the "new rural construction, the semantic field of governance ", the state-dominated communities, describing the appearance of dislocation of supply and demand of living facilities, government and farmers attempt to explore how the construction of living facilities to seek to achieve their own, how to express their interests and concerns, which concern the phenomenon of deep-seated reasons for the supply and demand in the living facilities dislocation.The study found that the goal of building a government service a long way to go, the countries involved in the society continues to grow, village cadres became the spokesperson of the grass-roots level, the behavior of the logic is up responsible government,"political achievements" as the basic orientation.
