The attachment theory is which Bowlby in her earlier period advanced to understand the strong distress between the infant and mother when they are separated, with the maturity of the Lifelong Development of Psychology and Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, attachment theory is gradually extended from the area of child to the adult areas. Previous studies have shown that attachment throughout the development process of the individual’s life, it is a long-term and strong emotional connection between the individual and their companion.Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) is the use of self-efficacy in career fields, and career efficacy of high and low will impact on the result of people choosing. Generally speaking, people with high career efficacy have richer confidence and more easily seize the opportunity, low career efficacy is just the opposite.This study used the questionnaire way, the object is 264 postgraduate students in Chongqing.In research methods, Choose Wu Weili revised Adult Attachment Scale and Careers Efficacy Scale for graduate students which worked by the author with good reliability and validity. After collected data, take the descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis, obtain the following conclusions:1. Graduate careers Efficacy Scale consists of four dimensions:self-awareness, collect information, social support, problem-solving;2. The size of the proportion of the graduate attachment type is followed by secure attachment safe, preoccupied attachment, dismissing attachment and fearful attachment;3.Graduate students’adult attachment have no significant differences in gender, profession, grade. On the intimacy and dependence dimension, students of non-one-child was significantly lower than the one-child, on anxiety dimension, students have love experience are significant lower than the none love experienced students, no love experienced by graduate students in the dependent dimension was significantly higher than love experienced by graduate students; 4. Graduate’Career Efficacy have no significant differences in professional, areas and grade. In gender, boys and career efficacy significantly higher than girls, student leaders Careers Efficacy are higher than none leaders, and experienced graduates are higher than none experienced;5. Different attachment types of graduates’Careers Efficacy have significantly different, graduates with secure attachment type in Careers Efficacy was significantly higher than other attachment types graduate;6.There are significant positive correlation between intimacy and dependence dimension of adult attachment and social support of Careers Efficacy, and there are significant negative correlation between anxiety dimension of adult attachment and social support of Careers Efficacy graduates adult attachment and dependence and career efficacy, social support positively related and significant correlation between adult attachment anxiety and career efficacy total score and self-awareness, collect information, social support, problem-solving four dimensions.Finally, according to the results, propound several recommendations to enhance graduates secure attachment type and Careers Efficacy.
