In the 1990 s,square dances began to flourish in the city and enriched the lives of urban dwellers.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of rural economy,the pace of urbanization in rural areas to speed up the spread of agricultural mechanization,farmers' leisure time is also greatly increased,the square dance so that the city passed into the countryside.In addition,the government also specifically supports the development of square dance in rural areas,promulgated the "National Fitness Guide Program" and "National Fitness Program Regulations" and other documents,which square dance in rural areas has been widely carried out as rural residents daily fitness preferred project one.Although the rapid development of square dance in rural areas,but the relevant research is still lacking,so far for the special participation of rural women in the square dance exercise research article is very limited.In this study,40 rural women in Caojia Village,Jiagang County,Jinan City,Shandong Province were selected as the object of investigation,and the exercise of square dance was taken as the intervention method.Before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were sent to Xu Xia et al.(GPB)and Duan Jianhua(1996),the overall well-being scale(GWB),adapted from the 32-hour square dance exercise to study the physical exercise of rural women's self-What is the impact of subjective well-being? All the data were analyzed by SPSS.22,and the following conclusions were drawn:1 ? There was no significant difference in physical self-esteem between the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks of square dance exercise,but the dimension of physical fitness had begun to change significantly.The subjective well-being 6 factors were analyzed by independent sample T test,Indicating that there was no significant difference in subjective well-being between the two groups.In addition to this factor,the scores of other factors were higher in the experimental group than in the control group.2?through 8 weeks of experiment,rural women through the square dance exercise,experimental group and control group physical self-esteem aspects of physical self-worth and physical condition of two dimensions P> 0.05,no significant difference.Athletic ability,physical attraction and physical fitness of three dimensions P <0.01,indicating that the difference is very significant;subjective well-being aspects of health concerns,depression or pleasant mood,relaxation and tension three-dimensional changes,the change is not very significant,There are very significant differences in the three dimensions of life satisfaction and interest,energy and control of emotions and behavior(P <0.01).3?After eight weeks of square dance,the degree of physical self-esteem and subjective well-being of rural women were significantly different from those before the experiment,especially in physical fitness,physical attraction and physical fitness The difference is very significant;subjective well-being of life satisfaction and interest,energy and emotional and behavioral control of the three dimensions of the difference is very significant.Indicating that the exercise of the square dance can effectively improve the rural women's physical self-esteem and subjective well-being level.
