Objective:Observation of warming needle combined with acupoint-injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptide on the clinical effect of acute periarthritis of shoulder. Methods:Will be collected in accordance with the standards of 90 cases of acute periarthritis of shoulder patients according to the ratio of 1:1:1 random points for three groups, 30 cases in each group, the group of warming needle group(giving the warming needle therapy alone), acupoint-injection group(giving the acupoint-injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptid therapy alone), warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group(giving the warming needle combined with acupoint-injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptide therapy). The course of treatment was once a day,10 times for a course, a total of 10 days observed. Through the observation of the outcome for three groups after the treament by the use of national efficacy evaluation criteria and the score before and after the treatment of pain visual analogue scale (VAS), Murley Constant shoulder function to compare the three groups of clinical efficacy.Results:1.the outcome of national efficacy evaluation criteria:After a course of treatment for the warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group, the total effective rate was 93.1%, the warming needle group, the total effective rate was 78.6%, the acupoint-injection group, the total effective rate was 74.1%, the effect was compared showed the former was significant difference as the later two (P<0.01).2.Pain visual analog scale (VAS):score of treatment in the three groups after than before treatment were decreased in different degree, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison with warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group after treatment, VAS score was significantly lower than that of the warming needle group, acupoint-injection group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).3.Constant Murley shoulder function score:in pain score, scores of the three groups after treatment than before treatment were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Between the two groups after treatment, warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group, the score was significantly higher than that of warming needle group, acupoint-injection group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). In activities of daily living and joint activities, warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group compared with pre-treatment scores increased, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), between the two groups after treatment compared warming needle combined with acupoint-injection group scores were higher than warming needle group, acupoint-injection group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Warming needle combined with acupoint-injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptide can effectively relieve the pain of acute periarthritis of shoulder. 2.Warming needle combined with acupoint-injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptide to treat acute periarthritis of shoulder disease can relieve the pain and improve the activities of daily living, enhance the shoulder joint activities obviously.
