Clinical Observation Of Tianzhu Point Injection Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Cerebral Palsy Combined With Mental Retardation In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training of Tianzhu Acupoint in the treatment of cerebral palsy and mental disorder in children,and to discuss and analyze its mechanism,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment method for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy complicated with intellectual impairment.Methods: 108 cases of children with cerebral palsy and mental impairment who met the standard,incorporated criteria and excluded criteria were selected from July 2017 to September 2018,and 54 cases were divided into treatment group 54 cases and control group by stochastic numerical table method.When the trial was completed,8 cases were removed and shedding,and 100 cases were effectively studied(50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group).The control group used rehabilitation training,and the treatment group used Tianzhu Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training.The treatment time for both groups was 6 courses.The developmental quotient(DQ),coarse motor function and language development of the two groups before and after treatment were determined by Gesell developmental diagnostic scale,coarse exercise evaluation Component(GMFM-88)and language stunting test(S-s method).Data analysis and processing are carried out using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results: Before treatment,the Gesell development diagnostic scale of the two groups of children DQ,GMFM-88 5 functional Area score,S-s method score comparison,the difference is not statistically significant(p>0.05),after treatment,the observation Group of children Gesell Developmental Diagnostic Scale DQ,GMFM-88 5 functional Area score,The scores of s-s were higherthan those in the control group(p<0.05),and the Gesell developmental Diagnostic Scale DQ,GMFM-88 5 functional area scores and s-s scores were higher than those before treatment(p<0.05)after treatment of two groups of children.Conclusion: Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training and single rehabilitation training in Tianzhu Acupoint can improve the mental development level of children,and have a good effect on the function of coarse exercise and language development.Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training in Tianzhu Acupoint is superior to simple rehabilitation treatment in improving children's intellectual development level,coarse motor function and language development level.Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training in Tianzhu Acupoint is an effective method to treat cerebral palsy complicated with mental disorder in children,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
