Stress Urinary Incontinence Acupuncture Find Rule

This thesis mainly includes three parts.The first part has three literature reviews. The first one referred to literature of theories and clinical research progress for stress urinary incontinence of modern medicion from the definition, epidemiology, physiological mechanism, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, classifycation and treatment, etc. introduced the modern subject on the research of stress urin-ary incontinence for these years. The second one reviewed the exposition for stress urinary incontinence of successive physicians and medical books, referred to the literature of theo-ries and clinical research progress for stress urinary incontinence of traditional Chinese for the past twenty years, expounded from the disease name, etiology and pathogennesis, synd-rome differentiation and treatment etc. The third one referred to the articles in the literature about acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence nearly fifteen years, summarized the various treatments foe stress urinary incontinence of modern acupuncture treatment.The second part is the literature research, including to find the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture treatment for incontinence of urine, Enuresis in ancient documents and the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence in modern lite-rature.The re-search found that, in ancient part, the acupoints to treat the incontinence of urine which have highest approval ratings for the literature are:Yinlingquan, Dadun, Qihai, Guan-yuan; modem treatment stress urinary incontinence high frequency with acupuncture point for:Guanyuan,Shenshu,Sanyin-jiao,Zhongji,Zusanli,Qihai. Contrast the ancient and modern literature res-earch results and the conclusion is:the ancient and modern high frequency cho-ose acupuncture point both contains Guanyuan. The main channel of acupunc-ture treatment includes the Ren channel and Taiyang Bladder Channel of Foot. In ancient part, acupoints to treat incontinence of urine are concentrated in the four limbs and hypogastrium, but modern acupoints to treat stress urinary incontinence are concentrated in abdomen and Dorsal lumbo-sacral. The selection of frequency by more than70%both in ancient and modern, and the an-cient choose special point higher frequencies. Modem was more to use the point not in channels and modern was more to use the point not in channels.The third Part recognized the Complementary dynamic acupuncture therapy by studying follow the chief physician, LiXin Tang on the basis of clinical experience, and summarized the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence. Based on the above reviews, she emphasized Pelvic floor muscle training is very important in the treatments of modern stress urinary incontinence. And according to the research of ancient literature and modern clinical common situation, summarized the usually choosed acupoint of the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, such as Qihai, Guanyuan,Zhongji,Qugu,Shui- dao,Qichong, Shenshu,Pangguangshu,Guanyuanshu, Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao etc,and modified the the acupoints with syndromes, and received good effects.
