| Objective:By meta analysis method to objectively evaluate the effects of acupuncture in treatment of stroke after insomnia curative effect, on the basis of mining factors of insomnia prescription rules and the curative effect of acupuncture in the acupuncture treatment for stroke, in order to improve the clinical efficacy of providing new evidence.Method:Computer retrieval CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, occupational negative event including such as domestic database and PubMed databases abroad, since 2005.01-2014.12 years of acupuncture treatment of post stroke insomnia randomized controlled clinical study of retrieval, conforms to the standard of 20 literatures were screened and the published years, the source, the intervention measures, clinical effective number of basic information were extracted and the same therapy in the treatment of post stroke insomnia literature of induction, packet, using review Manager5.0 software of each literature total efficiency for meta analysis. And obtain the results of meta analysis, to determine the efficacy of literature in acupoint prescription main point of point selection and compatibility of the main points and main points belong to the specific points, the effect of factors such as information for statistical analysis.Result:1.Acupuncture in the treatment of post stroke insomnia:a meta analysis results:only acupuncture group and Western medicine control group, the combined odds ratio (OR) is 5.46,95% confidence interval CI [3.49,8.52]; secondly, acupuncture with other therapy group and Western medicine control group, the combined odds ratio (OR) was 9.41,95% confidence interval CI [3.59,24.62]; 3 experience in acupuncture group and routine acupuncture group than in the control group, the combined odds ratio (OR) was 3.85,95% confidence interval CI [1.69,8.78]2. The results of acupuncture points for the treatment group of insomnia after stroke:â‘ the basic situation of the prescription of acupuncture point selection was a total of meridian 45, the extraordinary points 5, experience points 2, acupoints total 124, which main point of use frequency of 5 times more than had 7 points, followed by Shenmen 11 times, Sishencong 11 times, Baihui 8 times, Shenting 8 times, Sanyinjiao 8 times, Neiguan (PC6) 5 times, Shenmai 5 times, â‘¡the main points of treatment group belonged meridian of the frequency of use more than 5 times of six, followed by Du 15 times, Heart Sutra 13 times, spleen, bladder by 9 times, pericardium meridian, kidney 7 times.â‘¢ The frequency of use of the selected acupoints in the treatment group was 10 times of 3, followed by the head face 16 times, the distal 16 of the lower extremity, and the distal upper extremity 15 times. â‘£ in the treatment of special points group frequency of use more than 10 times of three, followed by the Five Shu Points 14 times,12 times the original point, eight confluence points 10 times.3.The result of the main points of the main acupoint in the treatment group after the treatment of the insomnia with Acupuncture:acupuncture prescription compatibility of main points used frequency more than 5 times of 6 pairs of and sequentially to Shenmen-Sishencong 8 times, Shenmen-Shenting 5 times, Shenmen-Sanyinjiao 5 times, Shenmen-Sishencong-SP6 5 times, Sishencong-Sanyinjiao 5 times,Shenme-Sanyinjiao 5 times.4. Statistical results of the effect of acupuncture for treating insomnia after stroke: â‘ Acupuncture needle retaining time by 30 min was more than or equal to the frequency of 15 times, the 20-30min use frequency of 3 times, use was less than or equal to 20 minutes of use frequency of 1 by no retention of the use frequency of 1.â‘¡ Acupuncture treatment total number used was less than or equal to 10 times the frequency of 1, the 11-20 times the use frequency of 13 times, the 21-30 times the use frequency of 6 times using more than 30 times the use frequency of 0.Conclusion:1. Effect of acupuncture on treating insomnia after apoplexy:the clinical effect of treating the insomnia after stroke with acupuncture is better than that of Western medicine, and the curative effect of treating after apoplexy with acupuncture is better than that of routine acupuncture.2.Acupuncture for the treatment of post stroke insomnia suggests choosing God door, Sishencong, Baihui, shenting, Sanyinjiao acupoints; acupoint selection can be concentrated in the Du Meridian and hand Shaoyin; acupoint selection can head facial acupoints; the specific acupoint application can lose points, the original points..3. Acupuncture needle retention time by 30 minutes, the total number of 20 times for the treatment of acupuncture treating post-stroke insomnia treatment. |
