Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of treating of Congestion, Mucosal erosion of the hemorrhoid, mucosal repair of the hemorrhoid surface by II internal hemorrhoids with the Guangtongxiao foam aerosol (GTX).Explore exellent formulations and dosage forms for nonoperation of the early hemorrhoidMethod:Divided80patients of standards into2groups randomly Each group has40patients. Guangtongxiao foam aerosol (GTX) are taken by each patient in treatment group pressed for2second each time,bid supp. Pujizhichuang suppositories are taken by each patient in control group. Bothgroups were treated for10days as1treatment course. No other medicine is taken duringthis period. To observe the main clinical symptom after the treatment, we recorded the effective rate for statistical. Two groups were maken a comparative analysis.Results:In10days observation efficient, in reducing symptoms of hematochezia in patients, the each total effctive of treatment group and control group is93.55%and94.29%. In statistics,there is no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group is more efficient compared with the control group. But in the aspect of healing and excellent rate, treatment group’s70.97%is better than the control group’s62.86%. In the reducing symptom of the rectal prolapses,the each total effctive of treatment group and control group is88.46%and59.09%.Likewisely,there is no significant difference in statistics.(P>0.05).In repairing the Mucosal surface of the hemorrhoids, total effective rate of treatment group’s82.50%tis better than the control group’s74.36%. The treatment group had no significant difference efficient compared with the control group (P>0.05).That’s to say, Gl X is better in reducing symptoms such as hematochezia, prolepscs, and hemorrhoids surface mucosal repairing with satisfactory results.Conclusions:Guangtongxiao foam acrosol(GTX) is not only Effective in Hemostatic and Resetting the hemorrhoids., but can also alleviate the symptoms of Congestion, Mucosal erosion of the hemorrhoid, hemorrhage and speeding up the mucosal repair of the surface. GTX not only get deeper in the enteric cavity,but also can infiltrate the mucous membrane.
