Purple Yellow Ointment, The Experimental Study Of The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema

In this experiment, we used the animal model of 5%DNCB-induced acute eczema in cavy. Objective:To study the medicament of action of Zihuang ointment(ZHO) in experimental cavy of acute eczema(AE). Methods: the model of acute eczema were induced by 5%DNCB. The model was then treated with Zihuang ointment by inunction for 4 weeks. Benyang oinment (BYO)and Gingeli were used in the control groups.Results:Zihuang ointment could not only obviously improve the cavys' tetter and itchy symptoms, but also restrain the inflammation reactivity of cavys' cell. The pathological lesions improved significantly after treatment under light-microscopic examination. Conclusion: ZHO could improve significantly the symptoms of tetter and itchy of infantile eczema and restrain the inflammation reactivity of cells.
