Objective:Research on the detection rate and constitution of Malassezia in the lesional area and non-lesional skin in patients with chronic eczema; observing the change of contents of Malassezia as well as the change of symptoms and physical sign in patients with chronic eczema before and after treatment by taking the compound prescription two vitriol dip for external use; observing the effect of the compound prescription two vitriol dip for external use; Prelimetarily study on the relationship between Malassezia and chronic eczema, and providing basis for clinical treatment.Methods:(1) Selecting dander from healthy people and patients with chronic eczema by scraping and cultivating the dander with malassezia culture medium. Moreover, carrying out conventional strain identification on the cultivating result by adopting Guillot method. (2) 60 cases of Malassezia-carrying Patients with chronic eczema are treated by the compound prescription two vitriol for external use in one course of treatment (two weeks for a period).Evaluating the effect, observing the PASI value and estimating the pruritus score, microscopying the slected dander, and examing the negative rate of malassezia after one course of treatment.Results:(1) There is no significant difference in malassezia detection rate between the seborrheic area of normal skin, the seborrheic area of lesional skin in patients with chronic eczema and the seborrheic area of healthy people(p> 0.05). While there is a significant difference in malassezia detection rate between the non-seborrheic area of lesional skin in patients with chronic eczema and the non-seborrheic skin of healthy people (p< 0.05). (2) In the seborrheic skin in patients with chronic eczema are mainly malassezia furfur, Malassezia obtusa and Malassezia globosa; The persentage of each one respectively is 37.5%、28.75%、25.0%; The normal skin in the spots of patients with chronic eczema are mainly malassezia furfur, Malassezia sympodialis and Malassezia globosa, Their persentage respectively is 44.64%.28.57%. 21.43%; The normal skin in healthy people are mainly malassezia furfur, Malassezia globosa, Malassezia sympodialis, their persentage respectively is 47.05%、23.54%.29.41%. Comparison of genera and species in lesions both inside and outside, X2= 36.693, the difference has statistics significance (P<0.05). (3) The clinia research results shows:①Among all 60 cases of Malassezia-carrying Patients with chronic eczema treating by the compound prescription two vitriol dip for external use, there are 4 cured cases,20 markedly effective cases, 26 effective cases as well as 10 non-effect cases. The clinical cure rate is 7%, the tatal effectie rate is 83.33%.②The negtive rate of malassezia is 90%.③There is a significant difference in PASI value and the pruritus score between the pretreatment and aftertreatment (P<0.01)Conclusion:There is a certain kind of relationship between malassezia and chronic eczema; The compound prescription two vitriol dip has some therapeutic effect on malassezia chronic eczema and it can inhibite malassezia.
