Objective：It is to seek the effective treatment method of LumbarIntervertebral Disc Protrusion. To select the relevant real effective andrelative acupuncture point to conduct the acupuncture. And select the propermedicine, parts and injection technique to treat the acute phase of the LumbarIntervertebral Disc Protrusion. Compared with the acupuncture coordinate withthe injection of acupuncture point of the treating manners, it can observe theactual effect of the clinical care of this method.Method：It divided the60examples of the patients who were attacked by LumbarIntervertebral Disc Protrusion that were in accordance with the standard intotwo groups, and respectively stamped them as the30treating examples and30compare examples. By adopting the filiform needle in acupuncture of theacupuncture method, the master point shall adopt the corresponding JiajiAcupoint（EX-BZ） of the pathological changes, both sides of EX-BZ on lesionlocation，and the matching acupoint shall adopt the numb areas of theZhibian（BL54）, Huantiao（GB30）, Chengfu（BL36）, Fengshi（GB31）, Weizhong（BL40）,Yanglingquan（GB34）, and Chengshan（BL57）. It can coordinate with the sacralceasma epidural injection to treat the acute phase of Lumbar IntervertebralDisc Protrusion. Use a kind by0.9%of the normal saline which is needed for15ml and the triamcinolone acetonide of the adding acetic acid which is neededfor20mg and20%concentration of lidocaine which is needed for4ml mixture ofsolution for injection. It shall compared with the acupuncture needles to stabthe above acupuncture point coordinate with the injection of acupuncture pointof the treating manners.Use the Ossotide Injection0.5ml of each EX-BZ to givingan injection treating. Every ten days, it was a course of treatment. Treate ontimiously for one ourses.Observe the curative effect after finishing the courseof treatment.Analyze the examining results through self-control study and mutuacontrol experiment. Result：（1）Throughthechi-squaretest,thetwogroupsofsexesgottheresultsX²=1.0714<X_0.05²，P>0.05；（2）The two groups average ages （treating groups are48.3000士14.1547years of age, the compare group are45.4667士12.6293yearsof age）, after analyzd using the t-test, it got t=0.8181<t0.05,P>0.05；（3） Thetwo groups of the average course of disease（treating groups are8.2819士8.7935years of course, the compare group are11.2293士8.4784years of course）, afteranalyzd using the t-test, it got t=1.3328<t0.05, P>0.05. As the basic information,includingthe two groups of the sexes, ages and course of disease were analyzedusing test,the results show that there are no significant differencese,therefore, it had comparability.（4） In the treating groups of the30examples,the cure example were11（36.67%）, and the apparent effective examples were14（46.67%）, and the effective example were4（13.33%）, the invalid example is1（3.33%）.Above all, the total effective rate can reach （3.33%）. In the comparegroups of the30examples, the cure examples were5（16.67%）, the apparenteffective examples were10（33.33%）, the effective examples were7（23.33%）,the valid examples are8（26.67%）, the total effective rate can reach73.33%.After the chi-square test, it show thatX²=4.7059> X_0.05²，P<0.05. Comparing withthe two group treatment, they had apparent significance on the statistics, andthe effective treatment was apparently higher than the comparing groups.Conclusions：Aftertreatment,boththetwogroupsofthecasesreceivedbettereffect. The treating groups had better result than the compare groups. Afterthe research, it can test and verify the acupuncture that coordinated with sacralceasma epidural injection method, which can effectively treat the acute phaseof the protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion, was apparentlyhigher than the acupuncture coordinate with the injection of acupuncture point.It can apparently improve the serious symptom of the patients who is being painfulfor Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion as well as the sign and symptom andthe ability in our daily living, which was to improve the life quality and makethe patients has the good mood which can also promote disease healing. This effective treatment manner had better clinical feasibility and validity whichdeserves to be promoted.
