The result of three groups’s clinical efficacy comparison reveals the total effective rate of maintaining group was 91.30%, the tramp ling with Halluces Manipulation group was 86.67%, and The sacral canal injection group was 82.22% After comparison it was revealed that the results had statistical significance (P<0.05), and the results of maintaining group were better than the other two groups’.Conclusion:1. The clinical efficacy of trampling with Halluces Manipulation combined with sacral canal injection to cure Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse is better than tramp ling with Halluces Manipulation simply used or sacral canal injection simply used.2. The methods of tramp ling with Halluces Manipulation combined with sacral canal injection, trampling with Halluces Manipulation simply used and sacral canal injection simply used all can improve the quality of life of patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse, while the former one is more evident3.
