Objective Explore the clinical effect of acupuncture the head and upperlimbs YangMing acupuncture point treatment of cerebral palsy children upper limbdisfunction.Method200cases of type spasm cerebral palsy in hospital according to theorder were randomly divided into observation group(n=100) and the control group(n=100). Both groups the routine therapy (including Occupational Therapy,massage and physiotherapy) The observation group add treatment of acupuncturethe head and upper limbs YangMing acupuncture point, after3months of treatment，Fall off35patients，Finally the observation group86cases, the comparisongroup79cases,The two groups were grade in before and after the treatment useFine Motor Function Measure scale(FMFM), Compare the curative effect of the twogroups before and after treatment, Compare the curative effect of the two groupsdifferent age paragraph of children.Results1.The observation group of upper limb function improved significantly betterthan control group, the statistics processing P<0.01, the difference wasstatistically significant.2.Two groups of children ages in smaller curative effect is better.Conclusion1.acupuncture the head and upper limbs YangMing acupuncture point caneffectively improve spasm cerebral palsy`s status of upper limb disfunction.2. The smaller the age treatment the better the results.
