Objective：Analysis the using drugs regularity and security ofclinical application compound traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）containing e zhu treating for malignant tumor by professor Yindongfeng.Method: Using retrospective study method，select outpatient havetaken decotion contain ezhu in oncology of Liaoning traditionalChinese medicine more than twice time in May2010-March2011,a totalof122patients;select patient in ward in the same period have beenhospitalized more than twice,have taken decoction cotain ezhu,anddid not accept chemotherapy,a total of66patient. using MicrosoftAccess2007to create database to analysis the relationship betweenthe dosage of e zhu and physical condition (ZPS,5point method),andthe compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time,observing the adverse events of122outpatient prescription; Furtheranalysis the difference of prevalence rate of adverse eventsbetweendifferent age;Statistics the changes of routine blood,liver and kidney function before and after using TCM for treating66patients with malignant tumor in hospital.Results:1．122cases of outpatients with malignant tumor, The dosage of ezhu shows6-15g,the dosage is inversely proportional to physicalcondition (ZPS), and propotionalto the weight; Those ZPS0-2pointsuse chaihu and longmu decoction a lot,and the dosage of e zhu shows15g majority.ZPS3points or more use flavored sijunzi decoctiona lot.,and the dosage shows10g and below a lot. And the totalprevalence rate of adverse events was5.74%, and no significantbleeding side effects. the adverse events rate in patients aged70is significantly higher than those aged70below.2．66cases hospitalized patients have no obvious changes in routineblood,liver and kidney function after using TCM.Conclusion: In antineoplastic therapy, the dosage of e zhu is decidedby physical condition,weight and ages. Reasonable compatibility anddosage in the premise, The compound Chinese medicine including e zhu therapy with malignant tumor shows a low incidence of adversereactions,no obvious bone marrow inhibition and no obvious toxiceffect to liver and kidney function. And take the measure of reductionor addition the dosage of e zhu along with the syndrome shows goodcontrol of adverse events.
