Objective:In this study, mild moxibustion Guanyuan " treatment of chronic fatigue in rats to observe the impact of immune function in rat model to explore the moxibustion " Guan Yuan " points therapeutic effects and mechanisms of chronic fatigue in rats.Materials and Methods:Female SD rats of60, weight170±10g. Reared for7days, animals were randomly divided into normal group, model group and ginsenoside group and moxibustion " Guan Yuan " points group (n=15). Model group and treatment group by cold water swimming and chronic restraint model, preparation of the rat model of chronic fatigue. Normal group, model group without treatment; ginsenoside group was given a consecutive treatment of aqueous solutions of ginsenosides; moxibustion " off " point group given moxibustion Guanyuan"treatment.21days after treatment,anesthesia of the rats tested, the abdominal aorta blood, detected by ELISA in serum IgA, IgM and IgG levels and IL-2, IL-6level.Results:1.A serum IgA, IgG, IgM levels in:21days with the normal group compared with model group, serum IgA and IgM and IgG content decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with model group, moxibustion " off " group and ginsenoside group of serum IgA and IgM and IgG content was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, moxibustion " Guan Yuan " group and ginseng saponin group, serum IgA and IgM and IgG content was no significant difference (P>0.05) Moxibustion the Guanyuan group and ginseng saponin group of serum IgA and IgM, IgG, levels compared with no significant difference (P>0.05)2. A serum IL-2, IL-6levels in:21days after the normal group compared to the levels of serum IL-2decreased signif icantly(p<0.05). Compared with model group, moxibustion " off " group and ginseng saponin group of IL-2were significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, moxibustion " off" group and ginseng saponin group of IL-2content was no significant difference(P<0.05). Moxibustion " off " group and ginseng saponin group of IL-2content compared with no significant difference (P>0.05).21days with the normal group compared to the levels of serum IL-6levels were significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with model group, moxibustion " off " group and ginseng saponin group serum IL-6levels were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, moxibustion " off " group and ginseng saponin group serum IL-6levels was no significant difference (P>0.05). Moxibustion "off" group and ginseng saponin group serum IL-6levels compared to no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Moxibustion " Guan Yuan " points can improve the content of rats with chronic fatigue serum IgA, IgM and IgG, rat model of immune function increased, suggesting that moxibustion " off " points by adjusting the model HUMORALimmune function play a role in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.2. Moxibustion "Guan Yuan" points can improve chronic fatigue serum IL-2content, lower IL-6levels in the rat model of immune dysfunction in the improved condition, suggesting mild moxibustion Guanyuan " can adjust the rat model of immune function play a role in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
