Objective: To explore the difference of anti-fatigue effect of moxibustion at different acupoints by observing the different effects on energy metabolism,anti-oxidation and endocrine adjustment on one-time exhausted rats.Methods: The Fifty-six male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,non-acupoint group,Shenshu group,Zusanli group,Guanyuan group and Shenque group,each with 8 rats.Except rats in blank group,the other rats were subjected to create one-time exhaustion models through exhausting swimming training.In addition to the model group,all model rats were received moxibustion at corresponding acupoints for 15 minutes.Serum BLD,LDH,CK,CRE,BUN,cortisol and testosterone were detected.And ATP,PFK,MDA,CAT and SOD in muscle tissue of quadriceps were detected.Result: Compared with the blank group,serum BLD,LDH,CK,BUN and muscle MDA increased in the model group and non-acupoint group while CRE,T,T/C and muscle ATP,PFK,SOD,CAT in serum decreased in the model group and non-acupoint group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Muscle PFK increased in the Shenshu group,Zusanli group and Shenque group compared with the mode group,non-acupoint group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);BLD,LDH,CK,BUN,C of serum decreased and serum CRE,T,T/C in serum and muscle SOD increased in the Shenshu group,Guanyuan group,Zusanli group and shenque group(P<0.01).Compared with the Shenshu group,CK in serum decreased in the Guanyuan group,Shenque group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05);muscle SOD,CAT decreased in Zusanli group,Guanyuan group;serum CK decreased in the Zusanli group,Guanyuan group,Shenque group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);serum T/C increased in the Shenque group(P<0.01).Compared with the Zusanli group,CK in serum decreased in the Guanyuan group,henque group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);BUN,T/C in serum decreased and muscle CAT increased in the Shenque group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05);C in serum decreased in the Guanyuan group(P < 0.01).Compared to the Guanyuan group,T in serum and CAT in muscle increased in the Shenshu group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Moxibustion at Shenshu point,Zusanli point,Guanyuan point,Shenque point can regulate the level of BLD,LDH,CK,BUN,CRE,C,T,T/C in serum and MDA,SOD,CAT in muscle on one-time exhausted rats.And it plays its role of anti-fatigue effect by affecting energy metabolism,on one-time exhausted rats antioxidation,and endocrine regulation.There are some differences in the anti-fatigue effects of different acupoints of moxibustion.In promoting muscle energy synthesis and anti-oxidation,the Shenshu point is superior,while the Shenque point is superior in endocrine regulation.
