| Objective:To adopt a randomized controlled trial method to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with endurance exercise in the treatment of CFS and its influence on sleep quality and CFS-related neuroendocrine transmitter 5-HT related to CFS.The clinical application provides a certain basis. Methods:This subject collected 62 CFS patients from the Acupuncture Department and Rehabilitation Department of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated People’s Hospital, and openly recruited them. They were randomly divided into treatment and control group with 31 cases each. The control group was given endurance exercise,3 times a week, once every other day,for 8 weeks;the treatment group was given acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group,3 times a week, once every other day,for 8weeks.By comparing the FS-14,PSQI and 5-HT of the two groups before and after the group Control and inter-group control to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two programs.Results:1.FS-14: The total score of FS-14 after treatment decreased compared with that before, and the treatment decreased more than the control, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Physical fatigue score: After treatment, the physical fatigue score was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Mental fatigue scores: the mental fatigue scores after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was more significant than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.PSQI: The PSQI scores of the treatment and the control decreased before and after the treatment(P<0.05),and PSQI of the treatment group after treatment were lower than the control(P<0.05),the difference was statistical significant.5.Serum 5-HT content: Compared with before treatment,5-HT of the two groups increased to different degrees, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and moxibustion and endurance exercise can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CFS patients.2.The combined effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and endurance exercise is better than that of endurance exercise alone.3.Acupuncture and moxibustion and endurance exercise can increase 5-HT levels in patients with CFS to varying degrees, which may be the underlying mechanism of their therapeutic effectiveness. |
