Purpose:The purpose of this topic through the application to the treatment of hyperactivity of the liver-Yang type of migraine with selected points of internal organs and tri-jiao of eye acupuncture, observe the effect of its treatment of migraine in patients with hyperactivity of the liver-Yang type, and regulate the use of the eye acupuncture for clinical research, propose for the clinical treatment of migraine providing a valuable way. Then detect eye acupuncture of treatment of migraine efficacy of time node with statistical methods, observe the immediate effects and long-term efficacy of change in order to evaluate fast onset, acupoints, simple operation, safety features of eye acupuncture scientifically, as well as with the body acupuncture plus on the basis of eye acupuncture which focus on the observation of its stimulus coincide role, and evaluate its efficacy advantage of comprehensive symptom and TCM symptoms on improving migraine, to provide an effective basis for future treatment of migraine.Material and method:Of all cases of this clinical study come from the outpatients of department of neurology, affiliated hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University from June2010to June2011, who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, a total of90cases. According to random number table by the random number according to1:1divided into the drug group, the eye acupuncture group, and the eye plus body acupuncture group,30cases per groups. Using randomized double blind method for the qualified subjects prospective randomized clinical research. The drug group were treated with Western medicine hydrochloric acid fluoride treatment of Cinnarizine Capsules, the eye acupuncture group use upper-jiao, liver, kidney area of eye acupuncture treatment, the eye plus body acupuncture group on the focal region on the basis of upper-jiao, liver, kidney area of eye acupuncture with the treatment of body acupuncture. Observation time for a month, observing the composite score of the VAS scores of three groups of patients before and after the treatment of headache and headache extent, seizure frequency, duration, and TCM syndrome score changes, and routine monitor the indicators of adverse reactions.Results1. Three groups of patients before treatment, gender, age, duration of migraine classification, headache, general site distribution of the degree of pain, and pain efficacy integral and TCM syndrome score were statistically test, no significant difference(P all>0.05), comparable between the three groups of patients before treatment;2. Comparison of three groups30min after treatment,1h pre-treatment VAS score change, the drug group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05),the opposite eye acupuncture group, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group compared with before treatment were significant differences (P all<0.05), all has statistical significance; Between the two groups were not significantly different(P all>0.05),and between30min and1h were also no significant difference(P all>0.05), Three groups of patients after treatment,30min,1h of VAS effects on eye acupuncture group, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group compared with the drug group are significant differences (P all<0.05), all has statistical significance; There was no significant difference between the two groups(P all>0.05), and between30min and1h also no significant differences(P all>0.05);3. The pain points of comparison, the three groups after treatment with the respective pre-treatment itself compared, there were significant differences (Pall<0.05), all has statistical significance; Comprehensive pain points and efficacy of the three groups in pairwise comparisons of the groups after treatment, there was no significant difference(P all>0.05);4. Assessment of the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after the three groups about their treatment, have significant differences (P all<0.05), all has statistical significance; Three groups in the two groups after treatment between any two points in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and efficacy of eye-acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group compared with the drug group are significant differences (Pall<0.05), all has statistical significance; Points touched upon acupuncture and body acupuncture group than the eye acupuncture group there was significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (P all<0.05), all has statistical significance; The two groups in the efficacy of TCM syndrome no significant difference(P>0.05);5. Spasm of blood vessels blood flow velocity, the eye-acupuncture group, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group in30min and6h after treatment than before treatment which was a significant difference (P all<0.05), Drug group in the6hours after treatment than before treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), all has statistical significance;30min after treatment, the eye-acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group compared with no significant difference(P all>0.05);6hours after treatment, the drug group the ACA and the MCA on the more eye-acupuncture group, eye acupuncture plus body acupuncture group have significant difference (P all<0.05), No significant difference in the eye acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group(P>0.05). Effects on ischemic blood flow velocity, eye acupuncture group, eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group in30min and6h after treatment than before which was a significant difference (P all<0.05), Drug group in. the6hours after treatment than before treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), all has statistical significance;30min after treatment, the eye-acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group compared with no significant difference(P all>0.05);6hours after treatment, the drug group in the MCA, VA, compared with eye acupuncture group of BA on the eye acupuncture plus body acupuncture group have significant difference(P all<0.05), No significant difference in the eye acupuncture group and the eye acupuncture and body acupuncture group (P>0.05);6. Three groups of patients were not significantly or serious adverse reactions, safety and tolerability is good.Conclusion1. Onset of eye acupuncture therapy quickly, with immediate analgesic effect for acute attack of migraine, but no immediate analgesic effect of drug treatment.2. Eye-acupuncture therapy in improving headache extent, long-term effect on the number of attacks, duration and associated symptoms and the role of medicine is quite.3. The eye-acupuncture therapy to improve the TCM syndromes was significantly superior to drug therapy, with body acupuncture on the basis of eye-acupuncture therapy which has duplicate stimulate effect is more significant.4. The eye-acupuncture therapy in the short-term effect on the blood vessels to improve migraine in patients with spastic or ischemic significantly superior to drug treatment, but not as good as the long-term efficacy of drug treatment.5. Eye acupuncture treatment of migraine patients without significant side effects and adverse reactions, which is an effective way of treating migraine, has good clinical value in the prognosis of patients with migraine.
