| ObjectiveThe use of Cilnical epidemiology and Evidence-based’s principles and methods, through the standard clinical randomized controller trials, selecting the typical migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang as studys, to evaluate the clinical effect of migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang with the treatment of qinshi Scalp Acupuncture, and compare with ordinary Acupuncture, and to explore the clinical difference and improve clinical curative effect, and lay a foundation for optimization of clinical treatments.MethodsUsing the statistical software of concise statistics cs14.0, assigned a total of 60 migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang into two arms randomly.The experimental group was qinshi Scalp Acupuncture while the control group was ordinary Acupuncture, each group was 30 patients. All patients received acupuncture treatment ten times, last for 30 minutes. The primary outcomes were the headache index.ResultsBefore and after treatment, The headache index’s differences in two groups were statistically significant (p<0.05), indicate that the two treatments were effective. Among the two groups, the headache index’s difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) after treatment, indicate that qinshi Scalp Acupuncture was superior to ordinary Acupuncture in the clinical effect of migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang. After the treatment, clinical effects’difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) between the two groups,indicate qinshi Scalp Acupuncture was superior to ordinary Acupuncture in the clinical effect of migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang.ConelusionThe preliminary results showed that it had instant analgesic effect on migraine patients without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang by the treatment of qinshi Scalp Acupuncture, and it was safe and without side effect, which is worth to be popularized. |
