Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Migraine With Hyperactivity Of Liver - Yang By Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine

Purpose:Observation of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatm ent the curative effect of liver Yang hyperactivity type migraine. Material and method: 44 cases of patients with migraine were randomly divided into 22 patients with gastrodia elata uncaria drink and subtract ora l cooperate acupuncture therapy in the treatment group, 22 patients in each group,22 cases with simple use oral gastrodia elata uncaria drink for treat ment control group. With flat liver Yang nourishing liver and kidney throu gh blood vessels the pain for therapeutic principles.The treatment group ta ke BaiHui, FengChi, ShuaiGu, TouWei, TaiChong, WaiGuan,TaiXi,AShi, is acupu ncture point. With disease with acupuncture point: nausea, vomiting: ZhongW an, ZuSanli; Insomnia: NeiGuan, AnMian; Plant nerve dysfunction: DanZhong,NeiGuan; tinnitus take ErMen,TingGong. All points with acupuncture reducin g method,30 minutes at a time, once a day.Cooperate with gastrodia elata un caria drink agent 1 three times to add and subtract day water decoction, 10,one period of treatment, a total of two period of treatment. Control group only with gastrodia elata uncaria drink agent 1 three times to add and sub tract day water decoction, 10, one period of treatment, a total of two peri od of treatment.According to the two groups before and after treatment the symptoms of degree of integral duration changes include headache, headache,headache attack number of times, with symptoms such as poor sleep, nausea,vomiting, ringing in the ears to determine the clinical curative effect. Results:The treatment group total effectiveness 90。9%, control group to tal effective rate 77.3%, two groups of total effective rate in rank and in spection(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant, treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine is to trad itional Chinese medicine therapy of liver Yang hyperactivity migraine curat ive effect is more significant.
