Purpose:Acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowelsyndrome (liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome), through theobservation of the clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome integral change, evaluationof acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndromeclinical curative effect and long term effectMaterial and method:64cases of irritable bowel syndrome of liverstagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group with32cases in each group. Acupuncture treatment group2cases, control group2cases due to attrition and loss, statistics to participatein a total of60patients. Two groups of patients in age, sex, duration of illness,and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before total integralno obvious difference, comparable (P>0.05). Acupuncture treatment group,acupuncture at Tianshu, Guan yuan, Shangjuxu Zusanli, Taichong acupoints, thecontrol group oral Shute film1tablets each time,3times/D, two groups take3weeks for1courses,1continuous drug use after treatment to determine efficacyof treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment theclinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, main,secondary syndrome integral change, and followed up for3weeks,6weeks eachindex change.Results:In two groups before and after treatment of Chinese medicine majorsyndromes, secondary syndrome integral comparison, the result indicates thatthe two groups of patients after treatment of diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea,chest expansion of depression or irritability, abdominal distention and fullness,loss of appetite, then mucus, gurgling vector gas, belching, fatigue and otherthan before treatment with improved (P <0.05).3weeks after treatment betweenthe two groups of Chinese main syndromes integral comparison, diarrhea, abdominal pain in hand, the curative effect in treatment group than in controlgroup (P <0.05); in chest and hypochondrium bilge frowsty, the treatment groupand the control group the same effect (P>0.05); traditional Chinese Medicinesyndromes in secondary integral comparison, depression or irritability, bowelvector gas, the curative effect in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05); in the stomach and abdominal fullness, loss of appetite, then mucus,belching, fatigue, the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05) the sameeffect. In6weeks after treatment between the two groups of Chinese mainsyndromes in integral comparison, diarrhea, abdominal pain, chest andhypochondrium bilge frowsty, the curative effect in treatment group than incontrol group (P <0.05); traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in secondaryintegral comparison, depression or irritability, gurgling vector gas, abdomendistending fullness, loss of appetite, then under the mucus, belching, languid,the curative effect in treatment group than in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.acupuncturetreatmentofdiarrhea-predominantirritablebowelsyndrome (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency) ideal method, for themajority of the main symptoms get faster improvement in diarrhea, abdominal pain,chest expansion, nausea, depression or irritability, abdominal distention andfullness, loss of appetite, then mucus, gurgling vector gas, belching, languidas more significant improvement.2acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (liverstagnation and spleen deficiency) treatment effect lasting, long-term effect.3acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (liverstagnation and spleen deficiency) effective method, it is worthy of clinicalapplication.
