Along with the deepening reform of China health care system,public hospitals willhave more challenges and opportunities.It requests that hospitals should regulate theirdaily medical process and treatments focusing on patients need and concern to meet therequirements of public benefits and social obligation, for people have put more interest onhospital management followed by healthcare operational revolution.The revolutioninvolves humane resource restruction, healthy incentive plan, open hiring system, concretejob position regulation, salary effective management, a target to setup pay by performanceconcept, in order to active hospital staff’s initiation.This article studies individual performance management in hospital to enhanceinternal operation system and make it competitive in the market. To be more specific, itsets up hospital operation target, decomposed by different executive levels, optimizingemployee performance and the original target in a good loop, to make hospital operatingeffectively and healthily.I make an example of hospital C to achieve the above targets that I’ve mentioned inthe article, so to reveal the importance of performance management in whole humanresource system at hospitals.
