Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of the reform,especially according to the state [2019] 4document of the State Council general office on strengthening tertiary public hospital performance evaluation work opinion ",under the guidance of the spirit of the tertiary hospitals around the need to pay more attention to their performance management,updating performance management idea,continue to strengthen their own performance management ability,establish conforms to their own conditions of performance appraisal system,vigorously promote the reform of the performance process and seek their own performance management development path.In this article,through interviews and questionnaires in the form of triple XC hospital of shen yang an empirical investigation,find out the existing problems in the hospital performance management,and analyzes the cause of the lack of performance management,combined with the theory of performance management at home and abroad,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,from the performance planning,performance management,process control,performance evaluation,performance feedback,performance evaluation results,the five aspects of application of proposed for XC hospital performance management countermeasures of reference and reference.This paper is divided into 6 chapters,chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 is performance management theory;Chapter 3 is the performance management status of XC hospital.Chapter 4 analyzes the existing problems and causes of performance management in XC Hospital.Chapter 5 is the improvement countermeasures of XC hospital performance management;Finally,the conclusion.By analyzing the problems of performance management in XC hospital,effective performance management countermeasures that can stimulate the vitality of the hospital are proposed,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital and promote its sustainable development.The results of performance management can effectively and positively improve the enthusiasm of hospital staff,and scientific and reasonable performance management can promote the rapid realization of the hospital’s performance strategic goals.
