Experience In Analysis Of Surgical Operation In Treating Elderly Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective To analyze the curative effects and experiences in the surgicaltreatment for48cases elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the incidence ofcormplieations after operation rate concerning48cases elderly patients whohospitalized in our hospita1.Results All the patients underwent surgical treatment.Left pneumonectomy6cases, ringht pneumonectomy1case, lung lobectomy40case，Pulmonarywedge resection1case.A total of16cases had complications after operationcovering33.3%.All the patients got improved and discharged.Conclusion The ways of operation for the elderly patients with lung cancershould be made upon the degree of pathological changes in lung andcardiopulmonary function.
