ObjectiveTo analyze the early postoperative complication morbidity and mortality of 78 patients with lung cancer after pneumonectomy.Methods78 patients with lung cancer underwent pneumonectomy were retrospectively analyzed from January 2015 to December 2017 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,early postoperative complication morbidity and mortality were summarized.ResultsAmong 78 patients,31 cases developed various early complications with morbidity of 39.74%(31/78),including 11 arrhythmia cases,8 gastrointestinal symptom cases,4 pulmonary infection cases,4 respiratory failure cases,2 intrathoracic active bleeding cases,1 bronchopleural fistula with empyema,and 1 acute pulmonary embolism;5 patients died with mortality of 6.41%(5/78),4 patients died of respiratory failure,1 patient died of acute pulmonary embolism.Conclusion78 pneumonectomy patients with lung cancer were studied in this clinical investigation.There existed a certain early postoperative complications with morbidity of 39.74%(31/78),the common early complications included cardiac arrhythmia,gastrointestinal symptom,pulmonary infection,respiratory failure,intrathoracic bleeding,bronchopleural fistula with empyema,pulmonary embolism;and there also existed mortality of 6.41%(5/78),the main death reason was respiratory failure. |
