Schizophrenia (mania) Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Syndrome Standards Experts Consultation Questionnaire Research

Objective:To study the advice that the expert give for traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and syndrome standards of schizophrenia (mania),and settle the foundation for identifying the TCM syndromes and syndromes standard of schizophrenia(mania).Methods:According to the literature data analysis results.we design the first rounds of expert consultation questionnaire about the common TCM syndrome types and standard of schizophrenia (mania), take a questionnaire survey analysis of expert all over the province, and analyse the survey results, then do a small sample epidemiological survey. According to the results of the first round expert questionnaire and epidemiological survey, referencing" schizophrenia combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine syndrome differentiation standard" and" Chinese medicine clinical terms", we design the second rounds of expert consultation questionnaire about the common TCM syndrome types and standard of schizophrenia (mania), take a questionnaire survey analysis of expert all over the province, and then analyse the survey resultsResults:Both of the experts questionnaire survey show that there are7common TCM syndrome types of schizophrenia (mania), in various syndromes, with average>1.5, full mark>50%, the coefficient of variation<40%, grade and>90of the syndromes of phlegm fire disturbing a total of14; qi depression to blood stasis a total of9; fire excess from yin deficiency syndrome a total of11. Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome a total of9, Yang-Ming hot node to a total of9,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome a total of6, liver fire syndrome a total of13.Conclusion:Through the questionnaire, display the common TCM Syndromes of of schizophrenia (mania) are phlegm fire disturbing evidence is within, the stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis, syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of YIN, phlegm and blood stasis, Yang-Ming hot node card, yin deficiency of liver fire syndrome, Syndrome indices with above condition can be conducted as TCM syndrome types and standard of schizophrenia (mania)...
