1 Objective1.1 To design chronic atrophic gastritis questionnaire in Traditional Chinese Medicine and optimize the questionnaire so that the questionnaire could be developed practical and effective.1.2 To summarize the clinical characteristics of TCM basic syndrome elements of chronic atrophic gastritis, and provide the basis and references for TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.2 Methods2.1 Questionnaire design We design chronic atrophic gastritis questionnaire in Traditional Chinese Medicine based on extensive literature research expert advice, guided by Chinese medicine theory, and applied the scale research methods.2.2 Statistical analysis methods2.2.1 Questionnaire reliability and validity analysis From the perspective of reliability and validity, the questionnaire was statistically evaluated and analyzed.Among them, the internal consistency of the questionnaire was evaluated by using the Cronbach ? coefficient evaluation method and the Guttman half coefficient evaluation method.Using the factor analysis method in statistics, the structural validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and analyzed. The surface validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by consulting the clinical experts.2.2.2 Questionnaire entries selection and optimization methods Four main analysis methods were adopted to select and optimize the questionnaire items. It includes the discretization degree trend method which screens from the sensitivity angle;Factor analysis method was used to screen the correlation structure independence and representativeness of data.Frequency analysis was carried out by using the method of frequency analysis of items, and the items less than 15% were deleted. The Cronbach coefficient method was used to screen and optimize the internal consistency.3 Results3.1 Questionnaire reliability and validity assessment3.1.1 Questionnaire reliability evaluation According to the analysis in the field of the questionnaire of TCM symptoms to analysis the Cronbach coefficients ? values of TCM symptoms of the whole area is 0.789.The Guttman split-half reliability values in the entire field is 0.629.3.1.2 Validity evaluation Explore the method of factor analysis and principal component analysis ? Perform Equamax, interative 25 times. This analysis extracted 13 factors, the value of the characteristic roots greater than common factor, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 72.129%,and the value of each entry in the load on one common factor>0.4.3.2 Factors related to the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis and characteristics of TCM syndromes Explore the major risk factors of CAG.Among them, the stomachache symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis are related to Hp infection and the frequency of eating cured meat and vegetables,as well as nuts, leeks, garlic and spicy food.In terms of TCM symptoms, among the symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, epigastric distension, epigastric pain and dry mouth and thirst are the main symptoms, while distension pain is the most common, followed by burning pain and dull pain.Constipation is less common in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.4 Conclusion4.1 The questionnaire developed for chronic atrophic gastritis is suitable for clinical investigation and research.4.2 Eating cured meat, pickles, leeks, garlic and spicy food is an important factor related to the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis. It may also be related to nut consumption, but the relationship between the two aspects remains to be further studied.4.3 Among patients with this disease, epigastric distension, epigastric pain and dry mouth thirst are the main common clinical symptoms, while the correlation between constipation and this disease remains to be further studied.4.4 The questionnaire design of this study can provide references for clinical research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
