ObjectiveThis subject compares the differencs in blood rout、Knochenbild Myelogramm、haemorrhage with two groups to discuss the clinical curative effect on Acute Leukemia with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction.MethodsThis research explains from the review of the literatures and clinical Case-control study study two aspects. Review the literatures about the present situation of the Western and Chinese medicine treating for chemotherapy—induced thmmboeytopenia of acute leukemia and put forward the problems and focus of the current research. The clinical research collects39cases diagnosed as acute leukemia in complete remission from April2011to April2012in Hospital of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou Military General Hospital hematology ward through clinical investigation. According to the results of literature research and clinical follow-up observations, we design and fill in the collection form about clinical outcomes in21days after chemotherapy. Then use SPSS17.0software for analysis the outcomes appeared in39cases to differentiate curative effect between the two groups.Results1. There is no significant statistical difference to the base line of age、 sex、Pathological Type、GEMCAP after treatment between treatment group and control group, P>0.05.2. There is no significant statistical difference between treatment group and control group at day7to peripheral leukocytes and haemoglobin, but significant statistical difference to peripheral platelet count. There is no significant statistical difference between treatment group and control group at day14to peripheral leukocyte count、haemoglobin、peripheral platelet count, P>0.05。3. The observation group has fewer minimum peripheral platelet count, compared with the control group, P<0.05, statistical significant. The appearing time of less than20×10e9/L about PLT is later, compared with the control group, P<0.05, statistical significant. The time of Returning to a more than20×10e9/L is earlier, and the total time of Less than20×10e9/L is shorter, compared with the control group, but not statistical significant, P>0.05. There is significant statistical difference to the amount of platelet transfusion between treatment group and control group, P<0.05.4. The observation group has the higher MPV both at day7and at day14, compared with the control group, but only statistical significant at day14, P<0.05. The observation group has smaller minimum MPV and later appering time than control group, but no statistical significance, P>0.05.5. At bleeding, there are13no bleeding cases,7bleeding cases containing5+bleeding and2++bleeding in the observation group. There are6no bleeding cases,13bleeding cases containing9+bleeding and4++bleeding in the control group. According to rank sum test, there is no significant statistical difference, P>0.05.6. Original cells are all less than or equal to5%in bone marrow at21day in39cases.ConelusionThis research proved that Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can delay and reduce the inhibition of chemotherapy drugs to the platelet, shorten the time of thrombocytopenia, promote bone marrow recovery, and than improve the clinical symptoms of bleeding. The studies, however, have several drawbacks, including small sample sizes, less time. But study on whether Yiqi Yangyin Decoction improves chemotherapeutic effect and Inhibiti tumor cell’s malignant cloning has been limited. Whether Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can improve the precise effect of chemotherapy requires further large-scale clinical trials and pilot study to be confirmed.
