The Therapeutic Effect Of YiQi-YangYin Decoction On Asymptomatic Glomerular Hematuria

ObjectiveBased on the clinical observation of YiQi-YangYin decoction in the treatment of asymptomatic glomerular hematuria(AGH),this paper evaluated its clinical efficacy and safety from an objective and comprehensive perspective,providing strong evidence for the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of AGH.The successful implementation of this study can solve the limitations of modern western medicine in the treatment of AGH,and promote the development of treating AGH by TCM in a more extensive,convenient and beneficial way,which will bring certain society and economic benefits.MethodsThis study have collected 40 AGH patientsin shenzhen TCM hospital of nephrology outpatient and hospitalization during November 2017 to December 2018,treating with YiQi-YangYin decoction,and recorded urine red blood cell monthly,as well as the dates of the TCM symptom score,24h urine protein quantification,blood biochemistry of the patients before and after the treatment,The total observation period was 3 months.Self-controlled studies were used to this research and the statistical differences between before and after treatment were be compared,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of YiQi-YangYin decoction in the treatment of renal hematuria.Results1.After the treatment with YiQi-YangYin decoction for 3 months,the systolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference before and after diastolic blood pressure treatment(P>0.05).2.Compared with the before the urine red blood cell and 24h urine protein quantification were significantly lower,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.9%.3.After treatment,the serum creatinine(Scr)in renal function test decreased significantly(P<0.05).The uric acid and urea showed no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).4.After treatment,IgA and IgM levels in the 5 items of humoral immunity test were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),while IgG,C3 and C4 showed no signifieant difference(P>0.05).5.After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST),Gamma Glutamyltransferase(GGT),total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)between before and after treatment(P>0.05).6.After treatment,the score on the TCM symptom rating scale decreased significantly(P<0.05).The symptoms such as lumbar acid,fatigue and poor appetite can be significantly alleviated after treating with YiQi-YangYin decoction.ConcliusionThis study shows that YiQi-YangYin decoction has an exactly clinical effect on the treatment of AGH,which can significantly decrease the urinary erythrocyte,24h urinary protein quantification,Scr,IgA,IgM,and relieve the patient's symptoms of lumbar acid,fatigue and other Chinese symptom.It has high cure rate,and no adverse reaction to liver function damage.YiQi-YangYin decoction has good curative effect and low toxic effect in the treatment of AGH.
