The Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Yishen Decoction On Four Parameters Of Platelet After Chemotherapy

[Objective] The topic is through observation of Jianpi Yishen Decoctionon thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy four parameters the effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction, so as to explore whether promote chemotherapy after platelet quantity and function recovery.for the future treatment of thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy to provide clinical basis.[Methods] From May2010to January2011months Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine oncology and Subei people's Hospital oncology inpatient chemotherapy in a patient with a total of62patients, divided into two groups randomly,31cases in the treatment group, the use of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Decoction,21were male.10female patients; the minimum age of46years, the maximum age of72years, mean age63at the age of.31cases of the control group, using interleukin-11treatment,20were male,11female patients; the minimum age of46years, the maximum age of74years old, average age is61years old. Observed before treatment and after treatment of first,7,14days of platelet four parameters changes, KPS score, the improvement of the symptoms and chemotherapy completion rate.[Results] Thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy patients, seventh days and14days of treatment group four platelet parameters, namely:platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume,(MPV),platelet distribution width (PDW),packed platelet volum(PCT) were significantly higher than those in control group. The KPS score. seventh days of treatment group and control group KPS score was essentially no difference, but on the fourteenth day the KPS scores in treatment group were significantly better than the control group. The treatment group in improvement of neurasthenia and lasstitude,weak voice,palpitation,shortness of breath,poor appetite and absence of the taste,lasstitude in the loins and kness,intolerance of cold,while the control group no significant improvement, the treatment group was better than the control group in improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. In chemotherapy completion rate,83.87%in the treatment group,45.16%in control group, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.[Conclusion] Jianpi Yishen Decoction can be effective in the treatment of chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia, promoting of platelet number and function recovery,promoting recovery of hematopoietic function, so that chemotherapy can be performed normally, and can effectively relieve neurasthenia and lasstitude,weak voice,palpitation,shortness of breath,poor appetite and absence of the taste,lasstitude in the loins and kness,intolerance of cold, improve quality of life in patients with physical state. Therefore, Jianpi Yishen Decoction is thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy treatment.
