Objective: To explore the distribution of HMG-induced ovulation relevant syndrome distribution and the clinical diagnostic value of examination skin of forearm,it is provided that the syndrome basis and dialectical mentality of whether HMG should be used in the treatment of ovulation failure infertility patients with various clinical symptoms and how to choose the best treatment plan for Chinese medicine after the failure of the promotion. Methods: The four diagnostic information, such as symptoms, tongue and pulse,of successful cases(70 cases)and failure cases(180 cases)which were treated with HMG induced ovulation were collected. The statistical processing methods, such as logistic regression analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis, were made to deal with the collected data. Results: 1.The two groups had significant statistical difference in many four diagnostic information. The multivariate regression analysis showed that thirsty and preference for cold drinks, soreness and weakness of the lumbar region, rapid pulse and massive pulse had negative correlation with curative effect, while thread pulse and thin-white-fur had positive correlation with it.2.There are three common clinical syndromes of the failure patients as followed: syndrome of heat stagnancy due to kidney deficiency accounted for 40.00%,syndrome of heat stagnation in liver accounted for 32.78% and syndrome of fluid deficiency due to excessive heat accounted for 27.22%.There are four common clinical syndromes of the successful patients, which can be described as following: yang deficiency and liver depression type accounted for 91.43%,fluid deficiency type accounted for 1.43%,syndrome of heat stagnancy due to kidney deficiency accounted for 2.86% and liver depression and hotness accounted for 4.29%.Conclusion: 1.There is a significant correlation between the information of TCM and the effect of induction of ovulation, which has predictive value for the induction of ovulation.2.Two groups of TCM syndromes distribution and TCM syndrome differentiation have predictive value for induce ovulation.
