Clinical Observation On The Method Of Bushen Huoxue Huatan In The Treatment Of Ovulation Disorders In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of Bushen Huoxue Huatan combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertil in polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis,to explore the mechanism,to observe the safety and efficacy,and to provide reliable objective basis for the treatment of this disease with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:The sixty patients caused by polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group had thirty cases.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Huatan Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate,and the control group was treated with clomiphene.Each group was treated with 3 menstrual cycles.The TCM syndrome score,follicular development,ovulation rate,endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation,pregnancy rate and other related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:1.The cycle ovulation rate was 80.56%in the treatment group and 58.75%in the control group;the incidence of LUFS cycle was 5.56%in the treatment group and 12.5%in the control group;the incidence of OHSS tendency cycle in the treatment group was 4.17%and 6.25%in the control group;and the incidence of no reaction cycle in the treatment group was 9.72%and 22.5%in the control group.There was no significant difference in ovulation rate and unresponsive cycle between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of LUFS cycle and OHSS tendency cycle between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The endometrial thickness and dominant follicle diameter on ovulation day in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in endometrial thickness and dominant follicle diameter between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 46.67%higher than that in the control group(26.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After treatment,there was a significant difference in the score of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P<0.01).In terms of overall curative effect,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,and that of the treatment group was 96.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Bushen Huoxue Huatan combined with clomiphene citrate is better than clomiphene alone in the treatment of ovulation disorders in PCOS of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis.It can more effectively promote follicular growth,increase cycle ovulation rate,increase endometrial thickness and improve TCM syndromes,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
