A Clinical Research Of YiShenTongJing Decoction Treating Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Induced By Fire Excess From Yin Deficiency

Objective:Objecting the clinical research of therapeutie effect of Yishentongjing decoction on patients suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Anovulatory Infertility caused by Deficiency of Yin and Excess of Fire, to investigate the mechanism of this decoction for the treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Anovulatory Infertility caused by Deficiency of Yin and Excess of Fire, and to provides the basis permit clinical application.Method:Clinical design methods that meet the inclusion criteria,30cases of patients with Polycystic Ovarian Anovulatory Infertility caused by Deficiency of Yin and Excess of Fire. All of the30patients were treated with Yishentongjing decoction, three consecutive menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, and observe for two courses. Using self contrast that before and after treatment. Observing the menstruation and main symptoms of the patients (soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, insomnia forgetful and so on) before and after treatment, the changing of basal body temperature, ovary B ultrasound and the female reproductive endocrine hormones were also observed.Results:(1) After treatment with Yishentongjing decoction, clinical total effective rate was%, suggesting that Yishentongjing decoction has good therapeutie effect on patients suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Anovulatory Infertility caused by Deficiency of Yin and Excess of Fire;(2) The main, secondary symptoms integral comparison:After the treatment, symptoms such as menstruation, dizziness, palpitation, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, five upset hot improved obviously(P<0.05).(3) Basal body temperature(BBT):before treatment BBT has no obvious change during the menstrual period, and afterConclusion:Yishentongjing decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms of ovulation disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome caused by Deficiency of Yin and Excess of Fire.Menstruation,basal body temperature in the menstrual period etal all have improvement. Yishentongjing decoction has a good effect on promoting ovulation and the function does not affect the body’s hormone levels change, which has good safety, and provides a new method of treatment for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of ovulation disorder polycystic ovary syndrome.The infertility caused by Yin deficiency type fire polycystic ovary syndrome has good treatment effect with Yishentongjing decoction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
