Clinical Observation Of Cupai Recipe Combined With Letrozole In The Treatment Of Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility (spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Applying the stimulating prescription combined with letrozole in the treatment of Ovulation Disorder Infertility(ODI)spleen and kidney deficiency syndromes,comparing the changes in TCM syndromes,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate between the two groups to explore its mechanism of action,The clinical efficacy and overall safety were compared to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Through randomized and controlled clinical experimental methods,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Cupaifang combined with letrozole,and the control group was treated with letrozole.After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,the TCM symptom scores,follicle maturity,ovulation,and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of urinating prescription combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.Results: 1.In terms of clinical efficacy: 8 cases were cured in the treatment group,7 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%;1 case was cured in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The effective rate is 80.0%.After statistical analysis,the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.In terms of efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group before treatment was(20.27 ± 3.70)points,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was(21.07 ± 3.57)points;the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group after treatment The score was(7.17±5.29),and the total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was(12.17±5.54).After statistical analysis,there was a statistically significant difference in the total score between the two groups after treatment(P?0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.3.In terms of promoting follicle maturation: the treatment group treated a total of 68 cycles,of which 45 cycles of follicle maturation and 21 cycles of immature follicles were immature;the control group treated a total of 83 cycles,of which 59 cycles of follicular maturation and 24 cycles of follicle maturation mature.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P?0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the efficacy of the two groups in promoting follicle maturation.4.In terms of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate: the ovulation rate in the treatment group was 69.1%,and the ovulation rate in the control group was 49.4%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that the ovulation rate in the treatment group was excellent.In the control group.The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 36.7%,and the pregnancy rate in the control group was 10.0%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Promoting platoon and letrozole in treating ovulation disorder infertility(spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome)patients,the effect is definite,can improve the Chinese medicine syndromes,increase the patient's pregnancy rate,the overall effect is better than letrozole.
