Abdomen early postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication of abdominal surgery. Bowel sounds and recovery time shorter than the western medicine group, two groups have significant difference, for the first time anal defecation time earlier than the control group, there are differences between the two groups. Patients after oral administration intended flavored Chai Hu Tang, improve clinical symptoms and signs of postoperative abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, the incidence of toxic side effects. Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine the liver and spleen France prevention of abdominal postoperative gastrointestinal disorders with the clinical feasibility and clinical value.
