However, for the complexity of the etiology and pathogenesis and the subjective complexity of the medical treatmen of Chinese medicine clinical research in primary liver cancer, at this stage, we can not form an authoritative consensus of TCM syndrome type for primary liver cancer The characteristics of medication are not the same, and therefore we should speed up the evidence of primary liver cancer to designate its characteristics, and further analysis of the characteristics of clinical drug must be done.and then the results can play an important role in guiding the clinical significance. This study collectes307cases of stage III patients with primary liver cancer, analyzes the fundamental risk factors of primary liver cancer III, and basing on the evidence to the principles of the side measurements permit,we analyze the characteristics of the phenological of primary liver cancer in stage III, and sum up the characteristics of the medication.Objective:Analysis summary of Phase III clinical risk factors for primary liver cancer, explore III of primary liver cancer traditional Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics, analysis of clinical drug characteristics, and further Phase III primary liver Chinese medicine syndrome and medication characteristics clinical research data.Methods:Retrospective study, collected1998.9-2011.6period in the Capital Medical University, Beijing Ditan Hospital in Western binding center Phase III primary liver cancer patients hospitalized in307cases, symptomatic of the collection of patient demographics and hospital taking experienced radiologists issued by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, the results for statistical summary of the general III of primary liver cancer risk factors, and based on prescription analysis to explore the characteristics and drug law III of primary liver cancer syndromes.Results:Collected307cases of patients, age, living in middle-aged of51-60years of age accounted for44.6%of cirrhosis patients (95.7%), hepatitis B virus replication E antigen-positive (55.7%), positive hepatitis B viral load accounted for 59%.
