Study On The Rule Of Therapy And Medication Of Tcm On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To study the common rule of therapy and medication of TCM on polycystic ovary syndrome, so as to provide the basis for optimizing the treatment of TCM on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Collect the literatures related to polycystic ovary syndrome that published in Chinese biomedical journals from January 2000 to December 2009, screen out the 31 literatures that accord with research standard, do data statistical analysis for the syndrome type, therapeutic method and medication with Frequency statistics and cluster analysis, and sum up the common rule of therapy and medication of TCM on polycystic ovary syndrome.Results:The syndrome type of Polycystic ovary syndrome:kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, accounting for 33.6%; kidney deficiency and phlegm type, accounting for 22.3%; kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type, accounting for 10.2%; kidney deficiency type, accounting for 6.6%; phlegm block type, accounting for 6.3%; others, accounting for 21.1%. The main therapeutic method:replenishing kidney and Harmony blood, accounting for 36.8%; replenishing kidney and removing phlegm, accounting for 16.3%; replenishing kidney and removing phlegm and dissolving blood, accounting for 12.5%; replenishing kidney and invigorating the spleen, removing phlegm and dissolving blood, accounting for 6.4%; replenishing kidney and invigorating the spleen, nourishing the blood and dissolving blood, accounting for 5.0%; others, accounting for 23.0%. The commonly used drugs in every syndrome type are classified as: Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is hematopoietic, yang-tonifying drugs, yin tonics and hemorheologic. Kidney deficiency and phlegm type is yang-tonifying drugs, heat-clearing and detoxifying drug(eliminating stagnation), apophlegmatisant and hemorheologic agent. Kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type is apophlegmatisant, hematopoietic, yang-tonifying drugs and hemorheologic agent. Kidney deficiency type is Qi tonics, diuretics for eliminating dampness, heat-clearing drug(hemorheologic) and hematopoietic. Phlegm block type is yang-tonifying drugs, hematopoietic, apophlegmatisant and drugs for regulating QI flow. The highest occurrence frequency herbs in the polycystic ovary syndrome:Dodder, Herba epimedii, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, peach kernel, rhizoma pinelliae, pericarpium citri reticulatae, Tuckahoe, Curculigo orchioides Gaertn, loganin, liquorice, fructus ligustri lucidi.Conclusion:Polycystic ovary syndrome mainly dominated Hou Kidney card, of which the most prevalent is kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. The main therapeutic method is replenishing kidney and Harmony blood. The multi-class medicine group should be applied.
