Research On The Distribution Characteristics Of Meridian Phlegm-dampness Syndrome Elements And The Rule Of Medication In Apoplexy

Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of meridians and phlegm and dampness syndromes in stroke,to explore the characteristics of clinical prescription drugs,and to provide data theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of meridians and phlegm and dampness syndrome in stroke.Materials and Methods: 103 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the standard of stroke,meridian and dampness syndrome data and traditional Chinese medicine prescription drugs,through the use of SPSS20.0 software to analyze the distribution characteristics of meridians and phlegm and dampness syndrome in stroke,summed up the frequency of drug use,summed up the four flavors and five flavors Return to the classics.Through the cluster analysis method,the prescription drugs are classified and the characteristics of the drugs are summarized.Results: 1.Characteristics of syndrome distribution: There are four combinations of syndromes in the distribution of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The combination of the two syndromes is the most(49),accounting for 47.6% of the total,followed by a single occurrence of syndromes(46),accounting for 44.7% of the total.In the overall syndrome distribution,a total of 10 combinations of syndrome components were found,of which the single sputum syndrome appeared the most(46),followed by hurricane syndrome(24)and blood stasis syndrome(12).The age group is concentrated in the age of 50-80(92),accounting for 76.16% of the total number.Among them,the largest number is between 60 and 70(52).2.Summary of medication rules: A total of 156 Chinese medicines were summed up in the prescription of meridians and phlegm-dampness syndromes in stroke.There were 41 species with a frequency of more than 8 times,and the highest number of warming drugs in the distribution of four gases(59),followed by Cold medicine(53),followed by flat medicine(34).In the five-flavor distribution,the most prevalent drug appeared(82),followed by bitter(75)and pungent(69).The top three drugs are the liver(72)lung(61)spleen(61).Through R cluster analysis,the frequency of use of more than 8 drugs was divided into 9 categories,and 16 pairs of compatibility drugs were summarized.Conclusion: 1 stroke in the meridian phlegm dampness syndrome,phlegm syndrome often combined with wind syndrome,blood syndrome,and easy to affect the elderly.2 Prescription medication,treated with spleen,generally follow the principle of "consideration of specimens",spleen-based,dampness and phlegm as the standard.3 In summary,the clinical treatment of stroke in the meridian and dampness syndrome,the first to identify the disease,and then symptomatic medication,so that the compatibility between drugs is reasonable,comprehensive treatment of the disease,thus achieving pharmacological integration.
