As the social economy development and people’s living standard improvement, more and more kitchen waste not only directly harm the environment, seriously harm to people’s health. Various forms food waste garbage truck began to enter the market in order to facilitate the transport and handling of kitchen waste.In this paper, a company production of kitchen waste truck lifting mechanism was seen the study object, using the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and multidisciplinary optimization software iSIGHT to optimize the design of food waste garbage truck lifting mechanism.The paper identified the contact force between lifting mechanism wheels and vice rail and the slider on the main rail, and quality changes simulation method in the garbage dumping process, established virtual prototype model of the lifting mechanism in ADAMS/View, had kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis to the truck lifting mechanism virtual prototype. According to the structural characteristics of the lifting mechanism, the range of the dimensional change of the design variables was determined. Lifting mechanism virtual prototype model was parameterizated, calculated the sensitivity of design variables, selected three key points and six design variables, the minimum driving force of a hydraulic cylinder was determined the objective function, using the generalized reduced gradient optimization algorithm to optimize the design of the lifting mechanism. To achieve the integration of the optimized design software iSIGHT with multi-body dynamics software ADAMS, optimize the design of the lifting mechanism by the multi-island genetic optimization algorithm. The lifting mechanism optimization results of multi-island genetic optimization algorithm and generalized reduced gradient optimization algorithm show that:when we used the multi-island genetic optimization algorithm to optimize the design of the lifting mechanism, the maximum driving force of hydraulic cylinder and the maximum force of lifting arm to rod reduced in a big margin, and the values of design variables is more reasonable.In this thesis, the research results can not only provide a reference for the research and development of food waste garbage truck, improve the products quality of the kitchen waste truck, has important practical significance for improving the level of technology and market share of dedicated auto companies force and competition in domestic and foreign markets capacity. |
