| Lifting mechanism is one of the main devices of garbage transport trucks and it is used tofinish the process of lifting and switching of the waste bin. The performance of liftingmechanism directly affects the overall performance quality of garbage transport trucks. Mostgarbage transport trucks in the market just have switching process without lifting process, so anew lifting mechanism including switching and lifting process is designed, which can enlargeloading capacity and avoid secondary pollution. All these process can improve the overallperformance of garbage transport trucks. This subject adopts virtual prototype technology on mechanism to finish the process ofmodeling, simulation and optimization, and the method of combination of the Pro/E andADAMS is used. The lifting mechanism is designed by comparing and analyzing Hydraulicconnecting rod and rocking bar. Through the analysis of force and motor process of liftingmechanism and the position of hinged points are identified. The mechanism is modeled andassembled by Pro/E. when there is no interference of movement after checking, the well-builtmodel is led in ADAMS. The mechanism must have some quality and attribute. To some extent, kinematic pairs and prime over are added. Then the mechanism can be simulated byModel/Verify of ADAMS to test the validity of the mechanism. The movement condition ofmechanism is analyzed on the basis of the results of simulation. There is the fact that the changeof intersection angle greatly affects the movement of mechanism. Parameterization model isbuilt to show the intersection between oscillating rod and roll-over stand. Finally, the optimumvalue of parameterization model is got through studying and optimizing. The advantages such as the reasonable size, good assemblymen, well-distributed force andstable movement process can improve the performance of lifting mechanism. This just is theaimness of the thesis. The theory and approaches of study provided reference for a morecomprehensive analysis and optimization of similar mechanism later. |
