Mobile compression kitchen garbage truck is one of the important models for kitchen garbage collection and transfer.Aiming at the problems of the current kitchen garbage transfer vehicle less variety,low degree of specialization,low technical level of working mechanism,poor reliability,etc,a kitchen garbage truck upper structure was developed,and kinematics,dynamics,finite element analysis and lightweight research were carried out on its compression mechanism and lifting mechanism to meet the reliability,economy and lightweight requirements of product development.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of the collection and transfer of kitchen garbage and the design basis of existing garbage trucks,design a mobile compression kitchen garbage truck upper structure system suitable for kitchen garbage sorting and recycling,mainly including the formulation of design principles,determination of the overall design scheme,structural design of key components and 3D solid modeling virtual assembly analysis.(2)Virtual prototype models of compression mechanism and lifting mechanism of the kitchen garbage truck were established in ADAMS.The kinematics analysis of the compression mechanism and the lifting mechanism was carried out to analyse whether their work is orderly and stable,and whether there is mutation and interference.The dynamic analysis of the compression mechanism and the lifting mechanism was carried out with full load,and the external load variation curves of the key position were obtained,which provides the load basis for the finite element analysis of parts.(3)The finite element analysis was carried out on each component mechanism of the compression mechanism and the lifting mechanism.The results showed that the design of the pole institution and the hang barrel institution is reasonable;the initial design of the ear plate assembly and the scraper assembly is too conservative,and some parts of the sliding support frame have optimized Space,the stress of the main support frame is too large,they should be optimized.(4)Under the premise of satisfying the safety of each component of the key components of the upper structure,the three-layer optimization strategy of material replacement,topology optimization and size optimization was adopted to optimize the design of the ear plate assembly and the scraper assembly.The weight of the ear plate assembly and the scraper assembly were reduced by 3.20kg and 13.18kg respectively.Through the sensitivity analysis of the sliding support frame and the optimization of the response surface,the weight of the sliding support frame was reduced by 6.86kg.Through the structural improvement and material replacement of the main support frame and the parametric optimization of guide rail,the weight of the main support frame was reduced by 9.50kg.(5)The optimized upper structure system and key components were tested and performed performance tests.The results showed that:the parameters of the upper structure system and the oil temperature of the hydraulic system all meet the technical requirements;the experimental data of the key components are basically the same as the simulation data;the lifting mechanism works smoothly and the loading capacity is up to 200kg;the compression mechanism can realize the normal crushing and compression of garbage;the system works reliably and has a low failure rate.
